The AB2 is a horn-loaded dual 18“ subwoofer that can be used with the AT1 and AT2 line array modules. The subwoofer can be used as universal bass cabinet, too. The parabolic horn contour and the very heavy duty 18“ neodymium transducers allow extremely high sound pressure of 145 dB and a lower cut-off frequency of 30 Hz. The AB2 is usable as a single speaker, in a stack or as a base for a stacked AT2 system.

The AB2 is a subwoofer system with a parabolic horn construction in a rectangular chassis for fixed installations and mobile use. The cabinet is equipped with two high performance 18" speakers (neodym). The AB2 is compatible with the AT2 line array speaker as well as other professional MF/HF speaker cabinets. The AB2 suits for speech and music applications as subwoofer speaker in sound reinforcement systems. The chassis is constructed from 15 mm plywood (birch) and covered with black PolyUrea© finish. The cabinet is equipped with twelve grip handles and a front grill with transparent charcoal foam backing. Two speakon connectors (NL4) are mounted at the rear side of the chassis for signal input (input) and signal link (link). The power rating of the AB2 is 2.000 W (RMS), the impedance is 4 ohms.
